Chicago, IL
Thank you Chicago

Junior Agents, Helpers, and Instructors alike had a great time this week bringing another great year of Summer Academy back home to Mother McAuley High School.  This event was highlighted by a visit from the Chicago Fire, the home town Major League Soccer team who held a soccer clinic with our groups the MegaPixels, LOLCATS and Digital Divas.

Internet Communications learned about safety through the online Choose-Your-Own-Adventure game and about the newest social media networking tools.  The PC Basics class learned all of the parts inside a computer desktop, and student groups competed against each other in Speed Build.  Digital Video class interviewed Chicago Fire players for their video and Digital Music class created some great music with Apple's GarageBand.

We would like to thank everyone who came out to participate in Geek Squad Summer Academy 2010 at Mother McAuley, and thank the Chicago Fire for helping make this such a fun event!
